Police hunt serial sex offender in Canada case

A 17-year-old male accused of raping an intoxicated woman in the parking lot of a bar is currently in custody on two counts of sexual assault.
Authorities say the victim was attacked in January 2013 near Highway 403 and Front Ridge Road in Barrie, north of Winnipeg.
Police arrested the suspect on Tuesday and said there has been “numerous” police interviews with the victim, who was sexually assaulted between 2010 and 2012.
Crown attorney John Lecarcy said Wednesday morning that his client will be charged with sexual assault and forcible confinement with an object as part of the investigation into the case.
